Jonathan Levin is Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Chainalysis, the blockchain analysis company. In his role as CSO, he is responsible for designing long-term strategic initiatives that help government agencies, cryptocurrency businesses, and financial institutions investigate illicit activity, comply with regulations, and mitigate risk through anti-money laundering technology and education. Jonathan is regularly called upon to testify for the U.S. Congress and other government hearings on the emerging risks and opportunities in cryptocurrencies. He is also a mentor for the Techstars Alchemist Blockchain accelerator.
Prior to Chainalysis, he was the CEO of Coinometrics, which provided the first dashboard of blockchain intelligence. He was also a postgraduate economist at the University of Oxford, where he researched cryptocurrencies.
Jonathan holds a BSC in Economics from Bristol University and Master of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Oxford. He lives in New York.

Sigal Mandelker joined Ribbit Capital as a General Partner in April 2020. Ribbit is an investment firm focused on financial services and technology. Prior to Ribbit, she served as Under Secretary of Treasury for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence. As Under Secretary, Sigal supervised four main components of Treasury (OFAC, FinCEN, the Office of Intelligence and Analysis, and the Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes). Before serving as Under Secretary of Treasury, Sigal was a partner at Proskauer in New York. Sigal also previously served in a number of senior positions in the U.S. government, including as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division of the Justice Department, an AUSA in the the Southern District of New York, Counselor to Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General, and as a law clerk to both US Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and Judge Edith Jones of the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Sigal is also an Advisor to Chainalysis, serves on the advisory group to the Digital Dollar Project, and is Member of the US Holocaust Memorial Council.
Lucy is the founder and managing partner of Token Bay Capital, a Hong Kong based early-stage venture fund that invests in digital assets and blockchain companies. She is also the FinTech Association of Hong Kong’s Blockchain Committee co-chair and founder of Women in Crypto, Hong Kong. Prior to founding Token Bay Capital, Lucy was a senior leader of PwC’s Global Crypto team where she advised entrepreneurs, start-ups and financial institutions on their crypto and blockchain projects. She also worked with many of the world’s central banks and other regulatory bodies to help formulate their crypto asset policies.
Lucy co-authored PwC reports on Crypto Hedge Funds, Crypto M&A and Fundraising, Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), Crypto Exchanges and the Blockchain Economy and was named a Top 10 Rising Women in Crypto in 2020 (FinTech Times and Wirex) and #22 Top 100 Women in FinTech in 2021 (FinTech Magazine).
Prior to working in fintech and crypto, Lucy spent 16 years in banking and asset management with Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Schroders and Kleinwort Benson managing the wealth of institutional and private clients in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
She holds a Type 9 (asset management) license with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and became a Chartered Wealth Manager in the UK in 2015. Born and raised in Hong Kong and educated in the UK, she graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Modern History.
Alana Palmedo is a Partner and COO at Paradigm leading all business functions including operations, finance, legal, business development and investor relations. Alana began her career in asset management in 2008 at Cascade Investment, LLC, the investment office for Bill & Melinda Gates. She later joined the investment team at the Boston University Investment Office. Alana earned her MBA from MIT Sloan and BBA from Pacific Lutheran University

Carole House is a Senior Cyber and Emerging Technology Policy Officer at the U.S. Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). She is a former Army Captain who served in chemical defense and military intelligence until November 2014, including a deployment to Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, from 2012 to 2013 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Carole previously worked as a Presidential Management Fellow supporting the White House Office of Management and Budget, Cyber and National Security Unit and the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs on cybersecurity, supply chain risk management, and critical infrastructure protection policy issues. Carole holds a BA in international affairs from the University of Georgia and an MA in security studies from Georgetown University.
Katherine Bradbury is a Senior Sanctions Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control. She has also served as a defense and foreign policy advisor in the U.S. Senate and worked for the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. Katherine holds a MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from the University of Connecticut.
Michele Korver is the Digital Currency Counsel in the Department of Justice’s Criminal Division. With more than twenty five years of law enforcement and federal trial experience, Michele previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Miami, Florida and Denver, Colorado. In her current role, she is a subject matter expert on prosecutions and forfeitures involving cryptocurrency, advising federal prosecutors and government agencies nationwide on complex legal issues in criminal and civil cases and working on regulatory and policy matters affecting DOJ interests. Michele also served as a member of the U.S. delegation to the FATF, advising on the recently adopted virtual asset recommendations and guidance. Michele started her career as a financial investigator with the United States Secret Service and a law clerk to a United States District Court Judge in the Southern District of Florida.

Hannah joined ShapeShift, a non-custodial cryptocurrency trading platform, in November 2019 as Director of Compliance. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day AML and sanctions compliance functions. Before joining ShapeShift, Hannah held related roles at Goldman Sachs, IBM, and MG Stover & Co., a crypto-focused fund administration firm. Hannah received her BS in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Noah Perlman joined Gemini as its Chief Compliance Officer in October 2019. Prior to joining Gemini, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he ran its Global Financial Crimes program. Mr. Perlman joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 after two years serving as the Division Counsel for the United States Drug Enforcement Administration’s New York Division. Prior to Mr. Perlman’s affiliation with DEA he served for five years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York where he held several supervisory posts including Special Coordinator for Crimes against Children and Deputy Chief of the Narcotics Section. Mr. Perlman clerked for the Honorable I. Leo Glasser of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his law degree from Columbia University Law School.
